We understand that many people have financial responsibilities and budgets. That is why it is our policy to tell you what your financial options are prior to beginning your dental implant treatment with our office. Additionally, we do our best to avoid surprises when it comes to dental expenses for our services. After your initial consulation with Dr. Mortensen, you will receive a diagnosis, treatment options and a written estimate for the cost of your dental implant procedure.
Occasionally, we will have to modify your treatment plan to ensure that your dental health needs are better met. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you options for payment, as well as for modifying your treatment.
Here are some of the payment options we offer:
Insurance:
Our helpful staff will do their best to help you maximize your insurance benefits and would be happy to assist you in filling out your insurance forms. However, this is only an estimate based upon the information available to us at the time of your appointment. Your benefit amount will be dictated by your employer and your insurance company. Once your insurance carrier has paid your claim, any difference for the total amount of your treatment will be due upon receipt of our billing statement. Any remaining balance not paid by insurance within 90 days is subject interest penalities.
Please note: It is our policy to collect your co-pay at the time of your appointment.
Care Credit:
CARECREDIT® is a health services credit card that offers multiple interest-free and extended payment options to pay for treatment fees of up to $25,000. The amount you can finance depends on a credit based qualification process that can be completed in our office or at home. For qualified patients, our office offers a six month, no interest payment plan. For additional information and sign up, visit http://www.carecredit.com/.
